The main activity of the project is the development of a web-based platform for demand and supply of labor, giving the opportunity to increase the competencies of the workforce through the opportunities of online language training. In this regard, we plan to study the needs of the labor market in the partner countries; to prepare educational resources; to make communication between the employee and the employer easier. The digital educational tools selected for development will put into practice the horizontal European policies, such as accessibility, non-discrimination and wide and seamless sharing of achievements.
