Project "Electronic pathways" № 2020-1-BG01-KA204-079207, Erasmus + program, KD 2 "Strategic partnerships", sector "Adult education".

The main activity of the project is the development of a web-based platform for demand and supply of labor, giving the opportunity to increase the competencies of the workforce through the opportunities of online language training. In this regard, we plan to study the needs of the labor market in the partner countries; to prepare educational resources; to make communication between the employee and the employer easier. The digital educational tools selected for development will put into practice the horizontal European policies, such as accessibility, non-discrimination and wide and seamless sharing of achievements. A digital "fast track" for communication between the partners will be developed at the very beginning of the project. Literally in minutes through it, following the example of Skype, Watts up will allow calls, video communication and conference call for decision-making, which will then be objectified in documents. Formal management strategies are also envisaged, such as detailed commitments with qualitative and quantitative indicators, annexes to agreements, exchange of prepared materials for publicity and transparency, etc. One of the advantages of this project is that there are reliable and measurable criteria for success as a number. of the participants, number of produced materials, number of reached and informed, functionality of the developed, etc. For monitoring and control of the implementation of the set goals and planned results of the project the following minimum indicators are identified: 1. Number of countries with studied needs labor, which involves the use of the offered intellectual product - 4 (four); 2. Number of developed innovative intellectual products - 1 (one) - web-based platform for job search and supply, including the following panels: - for job search and job offers, as well as personal chat for communication and data exchange between registered users on the topic; -for Bulgarian language training with 20 video lessons to improve the initial level of language proficiency; - for training in English, as the main communication language, with open educational resources giving the opportunity to increase the language skills in English of the potential mobile staff 3. Number of events under the project - 2 (two). - Presenting innovations in the process of job search and supply and sharing good practices in language training, providing opportunities for better career development - Career development - an innovative approach in finding the right job and in recruiting. Conference with the participation of entrepreneurs and trade unions. 4. Number of participants in events under the project - 180 (one hundred and eighty people). These indicators will be monitored during the implementation of project activities, and should be taken into account during project implementation.

The main activity of the project is the development of a web-based platform for labor supply and demand. It will have a mechanism for registration, in compliance with the rules for information security and protection of personal data and consumer rights, incl. the existing EU regulations-REGULATION (EU) 2019/881 of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe and the requirements of the GDPR. Panel for job search and job offers, as well as a personal chat for communication and data exchange between registered users on the topic. Separate panels will be built to improve language skills, incl. opportunities to test the level of proficiency. The panel for Bulgarian language will include 20 video lessons to improve the initial level of proficiency. For the panel in English, as the main communication language, the project relies on the ERA / open educational resources /, created under the Erasmus program. Through these open educational resources, as a separate panel of the platform, there will be an opportunity to increase the English language skills of potential mobile staff. 20 video lessons will be prepared to improve the level of Bulgarian language proficiency for the Bulgarian diaspora in Ukraine, Albania and the Netherlands. . They will be tailored to the characteristics of the main spoken language and the future needs of users in their job mobility. The created platform will mediate and dynamize the connection between the trained staff, their adequate presentation and the employers who have specific needs and requirements in the selection of workers. And raising the level of language proficiency will help users' personal development. The way in which the platform will be built will be a result of joint efforts of the project partners. The main commitment will be the lead partner, who will benefit from the support of colleagues from the Netherlands who are specialists in the IT sector. The partners from Turkey and Ukraine will work to support the dissemination of the real results, as well as work to provide information on the development of digital resources in the platform. We believe that in this way each of the partners will fully contribute to the creation of the intellectual product and will have the moral commitment to its effective and efficient operation after the completion of project activities. The specific subsidy we need for managers or administrative staff is to support and enforce control over the design and development of the intellectual product. They are extremely important, as the project covers various activities, which at a certain stage of project development will develop in parallel, and it is very important to have managers in the development of the platform so that we can guarantee a good product. We will need the administrative team to collect and systematically arrange the materials and digital products that will be placed on the platform.

The target group of the event are representatives of the Bulgarian communities in Ukraine, Turkey and the Netherlands, but also to all citizens of these countries who want to enrich their language knowledge and competencies, their IT skills. The event is also aimed at Bulgarian citizens wishing to upgrade their language and digital competencies. We plan to introduce the audience and demonstrate training in Bulgarian and English, through video tutorials on the project and through the use of web-based open educational resources in English. Users will learn about the capabilities of the platform, learn how to increase their language skills and thus support their mobility in the labor market. Participants will receive information about the platform and how to use it when looking for work in Bulgaria. We envisage the event to become a large-scale forum with at least 100 participants, to discuss the problems in career development, as well as the methods and mechanisms for overcoming them. Within the same, the developing intellectual product will be shared, its capabilities will be tested In Bulgaria we plan to hold a large-scale event, which will bring together employers, industry organizations and trade unions, the event will demonstrate the new tool for recruitment from our diasporas in the Netherlands, Turkey and Ukraine. This will make them a transmission to their members and will allow the promotion of results and more registered users of the platform. More than 100 participants will take part in the event. Each of the partner organizations nominated its representatives to participate in the discussion panels that will be organized within the conference. The implementation of this project will be an innovative way and approach to support competitiveness and employment. The direct effects of the implementation will be more motivated and linguistically trained staff for the labor market. In the long run, even after the completion of the project activities and outside the specific target group involved in its implementation, the project implementation will have a sustainable contribution to the acquisition of adequate knowledge by all stakeholders in the field of implemented activities through developed and freely available intellectual product. in its implementation.
The impact will be measured through the implementation of the indicators for implementation and result set in the project, and after the completion of the project - through the number of visits to the developed platform international web-based platform for labor supply and demand developed within the project, number of registrations, number of contacts made between employee and employer; through the visits and the use of the 20 video lessons made to improve the level of proficiency in Bulgarian and the educational resources for proficiency in English.

Free access to all materials developed within the project will be provided through the international web-based platform for labor supply and demand developed within the same. Access to the platform will be free. The only restrictive requirement is the registration through an individual profile in the platform, in compliance with all European security regulations, including the GDPR.
